About Our Client
The client is a Bank who promote and supply investment to small and medium sized businesses across the UK. They have a large In-house legal function and they are now keen to speak to contract advisers / specialists to deal with contracts.
Job Description
The Contract Advisor will work with support and get involved in drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements. The successful candidate will work closely with the senior Commercial lawyer and procurement specialists in the team.
The Successful Applicant
You will already be working as a Contract Advisor or you will be working as a Legal Executive or Paralegal who is confident to deal with contracts. You will have strong academics and ties to Sheffield.
