Company Description: We are a leading outsource customer service company that provides excellent service to businesses. We are currently seeking a dynamic outbound customer service sales professional to join our team in a fully remote role.
Job Description: As an outbound customer service representative working from home, you will be responsible for contacting warm and cold leads (businesses) to discuss our services and set up appointments for our internal sales team. You will be trained on our processes, but it's important that you have experience in calling business customers. All leads will be provided but you will be encouraged to ‘think outside the box’ and source new business proactively.
You must have experience working and managing a lead database within a CRM such as Hubspot, Salesforce etc

Responsibilities:
- Calling potential clients to introduce them to our services
- Setting appointments for our internal sales team
- Generating new leads and referrals
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining a lead database
- Meeting weekly and monthly targets
Requirements:
- Experience in cold calling and business to business sales
- Experience working with a CRM such as Hubspot
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, confident personality
- Punctual and professional with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
- A proven track record in sales
- You must have your own equipment – computer, headset and stable internet connection
