Quality Assurance Supervisor (Complaints)


 

As a Quality Assurance Supervisor (Complaints), you will investigate and respond to complaints received from our freelance agents or Clients. Investigations will include both telephone and email communication as well as recording timely and accurate information to our complaint log.

You will also assist with general queries that come into the Quality Assurance mailbox and processing Outbound Bookings (Feedback) which has not been automatically sent to the Client. This will require an eye for detail and ensuring that feedback is only sent to a client when it meets quality assurance standards.

There is one full-time role available which is offered on a two-week rota basis as follows:

Week One: Monday to Thursday, 9am - 6pm + Saturday, 9am – 6pm (with a one-hour lunch break)

The salary offered for this role is £28,500 per annum.Required skills:

  • 2+ years of experience working from home
  • 2+ years of experience in Complaint Handling
  • Excellent administrational, attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • A calm and professional telephone manner
  • Fluency in English – both verbal and written
  • Math skills - for basic calculations
  • Tech Savvy - working remotely means that we rely on technology a lot, we are also a ‘PropTech’ company
